Happy Springtime - I’m writing this from my work trip in LA, committed to my 90-day MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT UPGRADE of becoming stronger and healthier. This means increasing movement between zoom calls and increasing pushups and sit ups every other day, to safely build muscle memory strength.

I’ve been doing Bhastrika breathwork sessions from the Manjit app to release stagnant energy from my mid-section…. I think it’s working, but I will report back with more details.
