Our Mindcoach and co-founder Manjit Devgun interviewed members of our community to understand their journey better with the app. These are real users who have have had profound shifts. In a couple of responses, we have protected their name identity because of the personal unedited nature of their responses.

1. What is your favorite session on the app?
Ocean sleep because it’s so powerful and also I love the heart breath session, that one gets me going in the morning.
2. What is your favorite program on the app?        
Gratitude is the foundational program that creates my intention for that day especially when I travel. I am reminded of the simple things like “I am thankful for clean clothes and running water.”
3. How long have you been using the app?
6 months.
4. What do you like the most about the app?
Every session I use, it’s with the intention of what I need at that moment. If I need to sleep it helps me sleep. If I need a midday session or to balance or whatever it is, I can choose based on how I feel.
5. What has been your experience using the app?
The proof is in the pudding. Since I’ve been using the app, my connection with my family is better, and the app links me to my own personal spirituality. I feel like I’m time traveling as it let’s me get out of where I am in the mundane and reminds me to be creative. What I really love the most is that I get to choose the colors during the visualizations and I get to use my own instinctual colors and feelings so it’s personal healing for me. The healing energy of the sessions swirl in my heart and I can feel it.

1. What is your favorite session on the app?
360 awareness (Creativity album). I love the way Manjit’s voice gently directs you with ease to slowly but surely expand your vision and mind almost without you knowing. Like magic!
2. What is your favorite program on the app?        
Freedom album especially natures bed. I did this one standing up right on the grass, as I love being outside when it’s sunny and warm so was more naturally effective being grounded whilst hearing the bird’s singing and interacting.. mucho bueno!
3. How long have you been using the app?
I’ve been using Manjitapp on and off for my convenience for over two years, I’ve recommended to friends and family and also had small gathering sessions and everyone has thoroughly enjoyed the positive vibes. Vibing high!
4. What do you like the most about the app?
What I like most about the app is Manjit’s textured voice, it resonates at a mid range frequency that holds my attention, not too high and not too low. Also the variety of programs is not too many which is lovely, I don’t feel overwhelmed with choice.
5. What has been your experience using the app?
My experience using Manjitapp is first time of using and liking all the elements of an online public service. 360 she’s got everything beautifully on point and above all sincerity.

1. What is your favorite session on the app?
My feel good sessions are from the manifest program about relationships, this session always lifts me and put a smile on my face. I also love the self love session “radiate self love”, there are times when I need a boost with my self esteem, this works for me every time.
2. What is your favorite program on the app?        
There are so many programs that I love from the app, but the one that I practice the most is gratitude. It brings everything in prospective for me on a daily basis.
3. How long have you been using the app?
I’ve been using the app for almost two years.
4. What do you like the most about the app?
I feel like it speaks to me. I feel as if Manjit is in the room, actually with me every time. It is very personable.
5. What has been your experience using the app?
Since working with the Manjit app, I have grown tremendously. I am not hurt like I use to be. I am now able to let things go that held residence in me for most of my life. I am also able to set boundaries in my everyday life. I am a lover of the people, I love being kind to others, but some relationships would abuse my kindness. With all of the app guidance, I am able to let go of these relationships and feel well secure in myself. This is something that was not so easy for me in the past.

Too many to count but I really like these at the moment: Satnam Waheguru (this is probably my favorite), intuitive guide and loving kindness.

Since the launch, I love this app so much!
4. What do you like the most about the app?
That it hits more than one of my senses, it’s auditory but also visually stimulating and that it’s helped to calm me.
5. What has been your experience using the app?
This app has become part of my morning routine, I notice when I don’t do it I feel off. If I don’t have time then I do a shorter session. This app has helped me to make time for myself, to clear my mind even if it’s for less than 20 mins. If I had not incorporated this app into my morning routine I do not think I would have experienced the personal growth that I have.
