Happy New Lunar year!
I wanted to send out our very first community newsletter to THANK YOU for using our app.
We built this app with a lot of love and to raise consciousness and teach our community how to use the brilliance of their mind to heal their mind, body and spirit.
I wanted to also. update you on what we have planned for this year and the good news is that we are in the progress of forming our first tech support partnership soon. In the meantime, we are creating a calendar to release updates, new onboarding features, new programs and sessions also using Ai integration.
This is the year of the Fire Horse so I wanted to connect deeper with you and invite you to join the collective energy of having just completed shedding of the snake and moving forward with fervour and intention.
As our trusted community, we want to know specifically which emotional, mental and physical habits we can help you improve.
Are you interested in more esoteric sessions where you use the power of self-hypnosis to connect you to a deeper spiritual practice? Or are you more in need of habit releasing sessions/ help with pain management/ confidence or emotional support sessions such as releasing grief or attracting meaningful relationships and love?
As a coach and hypnosis practitioner, I’m passionate about creating the leading integrative hypnosis app, with the best customer journey and the team wants to ensure that you have the best experience with optimum healing. We are also excited about introducing more programs that support the workplace. Focus, motivation and entrepreneur mindset are already featured on the app but we are creating new sessions that support sales, presentation skills and mini sessions to down regulate the nervous system, so please reach out to us with what you want to see and experience with rewiring the mind and also if you are interested in a B2B partnership for your company or place of work. (admin@Manjit.app).
As you may know, our sessions are at the intersection of science and spirituality. We embed the music created in the app with prayers and the key that pertains to the energy center of each session.
We are going deeper into music frequency research and how to it helps heal the body in tandem with our pain management hypnosis program which we will release later this year also.
We welcome any general feedback and appreciate your support with our mission to make the world a more conscious and loving place.
I also want to share with you, ways that self-hypnosis with integrative natural modalities will help you and loved ones heal from within. This first area of focus for this month is very dear to my heart as I’ve helped so many of my clients alleviate themselves from anxiety which has severely impacted their physical and mental health. If you know anyone suffering, you can help them by asking them to download the Manjit app and use the Golden Balloon breathwork exercise from the Energy album and the Heart Breath session from the self-love album.
Ninety percent of people that I have seen in 1:1 in sessions and in groups over the past decade are not breathing in the correct way. It’s one of my missions to ensure as many people as possible understand the agency that they have when it comes to balancing their nervous system. If you want to go deeper, there is a whole de-stress program where anyone can combine self-hypnosis/breathwork and meditation techniques to dissolve anxiety and rewire the mind for a calm state of being.

For those of you interested in the science behind hypnosis - here's my experience as well as a professional, heartfelt and science backed stance on the power of how hypnosis can lead to real change.
For centuries, hypnosis has been shrouded in mystery and misconception, often relegated to the realm of stage entertainment. This was an annoying factor earlier on in my clinical hypnosis career but now modern neuroscience and clinical psychology have revealed that hypnotherapy is a legitimate, evidence-based intervention for anxiety disorders.
Far from being a mystical phenomenon, hypnosis works through measurable changes in brain activity, cognitive processing, and physiological regulation. Understanding how hypnosis heals anxiety requires examining both its neurological mechanisms and its clinical applications.
I wanted to create sessions that would not only include evidence based formulas of self hypnosis techniques but also include an experience of sound healing, sessions embedded with prayers from spiritual teachers around the world using the keys of ancient chakra systems. I wanted to include binaural beats and bilateral stimulation to lull the mind into the deepest and most effective healing state in the shortest amount of time.
I’m a New Yorker after all and time is of the essence : ).
I’ve spent over a decade encouraging clients and now their children to try natural modalities of hypnosis and breathwork before popping a pill. Of course always listen to your medical proffesional…. but guess what? A lot of your medical professionals and coaches are sitting in the clinical and integrative hypnosis trainings that I continue to sit and expand in. We are going back to understanding what we need as humans is to emotionally regulate each other and we can start by emotionally regulating ourselves first. WE NEED CONNECTION instead of running around in a fight or flight state. Rumination and catastrophizing is causing society to have unnecessary panic attacks because we have never been taught natural healing tools and because technology is making us believe that we don’t need each other anymore.
Hypnosis is a state of focused attention, heightened suggestibility, and deep relaxation. Hypnotic states produce distinct patterns of brain activity that differ from both normal waking consciousness and sleep. Research using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) has shown that hypnosis decreases activity in the region of the brain involved in error detection and self-monitoring, which may explain the reduced self-consciousness experienced during hypnotic states.
Think of Hypnosis as a guided meditation with goals. Your mind goes on a journey in a story or in an exercise but the body is completely relaxed and you open up the vault of the deeper subconscious mind where you hold all the experiences that you had ever had. This is all whilst the mind is more subjective and open to change. Simultaneously, hypnosis increases functional connectivity within the brain, enhancing the brain’s ability to regulate bodily sensations and emotional responses.
Anxiety disorders are characterized by hyperactivation of the amygdala, the brain’s fear center, and overactivity in circuits responsible for threat detection and worry. Hypnosis appears to modulate these pathways by enhancing top-down control from prefrontal regions, effectively allowing individuals to regulate their emotional responses more effectively. A study by Faymonville et al. (2000) demonstrated that hypnotic states activate neural networks involved in attentional control and emotional regulation, providing a neurobiological explanation for hypnosis’s therapeutic effects on anxiety.
Hypnosis heals anxiety through physiological relaxation by activating the “rest and digest” branch of the nervous system, which counteracts the“fight or flight” response that characterizes anxiety states. During a session, heart rate decreases, breathing slows and deepens, muscle tension releases, and stress hormone levels decline. This physiological shift provides immediate relief from anxiety symptoms while teaching the nervous system that safety and relaxation are possible.
Hypnosis also enhances what practitioners call “ego-strengthening,” building confidence, self-efficacy, and internal resources for managing stress.
Users of the Manjit app and Hypnosis clients visualize themselves coping effectively with anxiety-provoking situations, creating new neural pathways that support calmer, more confident responses to triggers.
The sessions allow access to the subconscious mind where deeply held beliefs and automatic patterns reside. In the hypnotic state, clients become more receptive to new perspectives and can more easily challenge and modify the distorted thinking patterns that perpetuate anxiety. This process can be particularly powerful for addressing the root causes of anxiety rather than just managing symptoms.
I often explain to clients that the brain becomes malleable again when you are relaxed and when you take yourself through the visualization so you can “sort out the messy room” and see everything clearly and address the root of the problem. This is often by adding a resource state to the original story whilst in trance, so your brain gets to process an emotion finally that may have appeared as stuck because it was in shock at the time of incident. With hypnosis you can do this “rewiring” effectively.
So I encourage you to go deeper on the Manjit app and recognize the power you have within you to heal yourself, adhere to your goals and dissolve limiting beliefs.
Let’s rewire our minds and bring ourselves back to our authentic amazing self.
Feel free to forward this to anyone who would benefit from learning how to connect to the body and use the power of self-hypnosis for healing.
Sending you love and healing for a incredible new Lunar Year
